3D General Contracting is the construction arm of Distinct District Development Group. We bring the same standards we're setting for our ground-up multifamily pipeline to residential remodels, small commercial buildouts, and everything in between.

Every job we take on runs through the same system: licensed and insured trade partners, permits pulled, code compliance, and direct owner oversight. That standard stays the same whether the job is a kitchen remodel or a multifamily building.
The same project controls, documentation, and code compliance we're building for our multifamily developments apply to a bathroom remodel. You're not getting a scaled-down version of us — you're getting the same operation.
MBE and SBE certified through the NJ Division of Revenue, SAM.gov registered, registered as a Home Improvement Contractor with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs — relevant if you have set-aside or diversity spend requirements to satisfy.
